This week I shared some simple Fall decorating in my kitchen. If you missed the tour, you can take it here.
And homecoming is right around the corner, so my daughter and I did a little shopping and tested out various hairstyles. I wish these days would last forever but I know they won’t, so I’m enjoying every moment for now.
And I dragged a friend of mine to source precast fireplace surrounds with me. I loathe my brick fireplace in my family room and have decided that a new surround should move up on my To Do list. I hope I can actually do this project because I think it would really change the look of the room!
So that was my week. Now let’s move on to what captured my attention this week!
Home Decor Finds
I’ve got some goodies for you today! Let’s kick this week off with this wreath. I’m actually planning an entire Fall wreath article for next week, but this one really caught my attention.
I also found a couple of pieces of art that really inspired me. This is a set of 6 has gorgeous linen matting that I love. This Amazon find actually comes in two sizes and three frame options. But more amazing is that you can choose from 45 different prints!
Lots of cute accessories caught my attention this week. I own a heart similar to this, but I had to paint mine to make it look this good and this one already looks great! And I don’t know why but a hotel bell has been on my wish list for a long time. There’s just something so cute about it! Of course, if any of my family members ever rang it to get my attention I’d probably be mad. Lol!
I bought this basket for above my stove but then got scared it would catch fire if I forgot to move it, so now it’s waiting to find a new home. And you know I love a good throw pillow and this one is pretty and elegant! A soap dish is a bathroom necessity so why not make it a pretty one with scallops like this one?!
I came across this serving piece this week and so was reminded that it’s almost time for me to get mine out and start using it! This is a great piece for parties, but it can also be used year-round for display.
